The Kitsap Foster Care Association runs a foster parent information and recruiting booth at the Silverdale Whaling Days festival each year. We hand out KFCA, Washington State and Private Agency memorabilia, flyers, newsletters and information and talk to folks interested in foster care. Stop by to visit and bring friends to sign up.
